The holiday season is well upon us. A time for enjoying spicy-noted winter ales and getting that special someone a growler gift. It’s also a time to embody the Christmas Spirit.
Keeping with the season of good tidings, the Charleston BrewCrew is proud to announce its involvement in the Low Country’s Families Helping Families program.
Come support this event and take part in the Christmas Spirit.
The Families Helping Families program is a partnership bringing together the generosity of local families and community groups to help area families in need and the BrewCrew is pleased to be in a position to be involved.
WHAT HAS BEEN DONE?
Gerry has sponsored a family of 4 on behalf of the BrewCrew. This family is without means to provide Christmas gifts this holiday season and the CBC is throwing a party to help.
The Oak Barrel Tavern (in Avondale West Ashley) has been rented out 6-9 PM on Tuesday December 6th to host our private member only event. There will be amazing craft beer (happy hour prices apply the entire party), hors d’oeuvres (free to you), socializing and a raffle. All it will cost is the bringing of a gift (see below) or a $5 donation at the door which will go toward a Wal-Mart/Target Gift Card for the family.
Simply put, for the cost of a delicious draft beer plus the tip, you could make special a local family’s Christmas.
WHERE and WHEN AGAIN?
Oak Barrel Tavern 825 Savannah Highway (843) 789-3686
Tuesday December 6th 6-9PM
Admission Fee — Bring a gift (see below) or $5 (applied toward gift card, again see above)
