CBC Century Club

Here’s the skinny:

Charleston Brew Crew’s 100 Beer Affair

The CBC has published a [DRAFT] list of 100 totally authentic, totally local, totally craft beers. On this list you will find the likes of some of the finest beers from Avery, Hacker Pschorr, Westbrook, Unibroue, Schneider and many, many more.

The Century Club Challenge

You, dear reader, must drink all 100. That’s it.

Of course, some of these darling beers are hard to find. Some may be seasonal. A few might even be damn near impossible to find. But that’s the where the fun is.

Everyone participating in the CBC Century Club challenge will be encouraged to post reviews, notes on where to find certain beers, even invites to other Century Clubbers to join them for a milestone brew.

Our Promise(s)

If you enjoy craft brewed beer, you will have fun doing this. Even if it’s just because you get to enjoy your favorite beers.

You will love – LOVE! – some of these selections. You might even be inspired to write a guest post for the site (hint, hint: send in your notes, ladies and gent!).

Friends will be made. A community will grow from this and people will start asking you, the participants, if they can be a part of the fun.

Finish Line..

For the dedicated that complete the epic journey, not only will you be rewarded with a thorough knowledge of beers far and wide, but you will be the proud, new owner of an exclusive Century Club Brew Crew t-shirt.

The path is before you dear friend, but like every great journey, it starts with a single pint.  Enjoy!

  1. Is this challenge open to all…say, New Englanders? I love craft beer and have some great local bars and liquor stores that may carry many of them. I travel a bit too so I may be able to locate them in different states. Let me know and I’ll gladly send a photo (for proof) and maybe a review.
